An Era II technology exclusive to the Cultists which provides a Science Stockpile for each unit of population (not including those from pacified villages) on a city when it is razed. Because of the Cultist trait "Weapons of the Enemy", which razes enemy cities immediately upon capturing them, this can also be thought of as providing a Science stockpile for each unit of population on a city when it is captured.

Forever disgusted by the random waste and ruin of the Endless's civil war, the Cultists are careful to study and learn from the enemy cities that they deconstruct.
