Atmos is a Guardian unlocked by the Guardian of Air technology in
Research Era V.
During construction, Atmos behaves similarly to a district; the Guardian must be placed on an open tile adjacent to the city while under construction that isn't occupied by any units, and progress on construction is halted by the city being under siege. Additionally, Atmos cannot be garrisoned and counts towards the number of Guardians allowed on empire.
Lore
Adept at tracking the winds and scents of Auriga, Atmos is one of the ancient spirits that were imprisoned by the Endless. Now that those chains are gone, the tough and dangerous Guardian of Air is free to act as it will.
Capacities
Note: If you play with ELCP, Atmos got the "Urkan Slayer 3" capacity. This unit is expensive and rarily seen, with the introduction of very strong Urkans it can now serve as alternative way to counter them.
